My Journey
I've always believed that the best technology solutions come from truly understanding people. My path to AWS Solutions Architecture wasn't a straight line—it's been enriched by experiences ranging from managing a busy contact centre Management Information Department to running an ecommerce business, and even teaching English abroad.
These diverse experiences taught me something invaluable: every technical challenge has a human story behind it. Whether it's optimising cloud costs, implementing AI solutions, or ensuring robust security measures, I always start by asking “How will this help real people?” Security isn't just about compliance—it's about protecting the people and data that organisations depend on.
